The new version of Clipbird includes an update function, provided an active internet connection is available.
By pressing „Check for updates“ in the Help menu, a new version of Clipbird is checked on the Clipbird server (https://www.clipbird-project.com) and downloaded if available.
The application periodically checks for new versions on startup on the Clipbird server (https://www.clipbird-project.com), downloads them and starts the update after user confirmation.
If no Internet connection is available, the following message appears:
