Indigobird GmbH (hereinafter Indigobird) respects the privacy of the users of the website and the online shop. These data protection provisions form the basis for the processing of personal data and provide information about the type of user data collected by Indigobird and how Indigobird uses this data. Indigobird complies with the applicable data protection laws and processes the personal data solely for the purposes for which the data was transmitted.
This Privacy Policy will be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time. With each new call or visit to the website, the current, retrievable version applies.
Types of collected data

Indigobird may use cookies to continuously improve the website for users. The Indigobird newsletter will only be sent if the user so wishes (newsletter opt-in procedure).

Indigobird and its subsidiaries and affiliates may use personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Furthermore, the personal data will not be disclosed to third parties.
Excluded from this is if the user has agreed to the disclosure of the data to companies not associated with Indigobird, or if Indigobird is required to do so by law, authority or court. Furthermore, if service providers who support Indigobird in the data processing, the administration of the website or in any other way as well as in the provision of the products and services requested by the user are consulted. These third parties are obliged to maintain the same level of security and data protection as Indigobird.
Data security
Unfortunately, the transmission of data via the Internet is not absolutely secure. Indigobird works with service providers and Internet service providers who take reasonable technical and organizational precautions to protect the personal data of users. However, Indigobird cannot guarantee the security of the data transmitted by the user. Any data transmission is therefore at the user’s own risk.
Your information and revocation rights
Of course, each user is free to inform Indigobird at any time – for example in an e-mail – that the personal data will not be used in the future to establish contact. Participation in the special services of the Indigobird website, such as the newsletter service, can also be revoked at any time.

Closure
Should individual provisions or parts of these data protection provisions prove to be invalid or ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining data protection provisions.
The place of jurisdiction and the applicable law shall be governed by the GTC.
